Ein Projekt entstanden aus der Kooperation des Labors Uniontech (Parma/Mailand), der Fortbildungsgruppe FACE und Dr. Renzo di Gabriele. Das weltweit führende palatinale BENEfit ® Minischrauben System bietet unzählige Vorteile bei der skeletalen Verankerung. Es erlaubt eine sehr einfache Insertion der Minischraube durch den Kieferorthopäden. Zudem überwindet es die Einschränkungen traditioneller Apparaturen und erlaubt Zahnbewegungen, die bis heute sehr schwie- rig zu realisieren waren. Schwierige anatomische Gegebenheiten des Gaumens stellen uns dennoch gelegent- lich vor größere Probleme bei der Auswahl der Implantationsposition und der Her- stellung der Apparaturen.
A project developed in cooperation with Uniontech Laboratories (Parma/Milano), the FACE Group and Dr. Renzo di Gabriele. The worldwide leading BENEfit ® Miniscrew System offers numerous advantages for skel- etal anchorage. It allows an easy insertion of the miniscrew by the orthodontist. Additionally it overcomes limits of traditional appliances and allows tooth movement pre- viously impossible to achieve. Difficult anatomical situations in the palate can be challenging for evaluation of the ideal implant position and for the fabrication of the appliance.

A new innovative method for the secure in- sertion of the BENEfi t ® miniscrews The surgical EASY DRIVER gauge is manu- factured with the AM technique (Additive Manufacturing). It allows the Orthodontist to place BENEfit ® miniscrews with precise guid- ance to achieve the perfect angulation and parallelism.
Eine neue innovative Methode für die siche- re Einbringung der BENEfit ® Minischrauben Die chirurgischen EASY DRIVER Schablonen werden mit der AM Technik (Additive Manu- facturing) hergestellt. Das ermöglicht es dem Kieferorthopäden die BENEfit ® Mini- Implantate mit einer präzisen Führung unter Berücksichti-gung des optimalen Winkels und der Parallelität sicher und einfach zu implantieren. Implantation und Einsetzen der Apparatur in einer Sitzung Das Labor stellt die Schablone und die be- nötigte Apparatur anhand der digitalen Daten her.
